Elizabeth Vecchiarelli of Preserved, in Oakland, CA will conduct this workshop where 24 ticketed participants will have the opportunity to make classic sauerkraut and learn the history and benefits of fermented foods.  You will take your started sauerkraut home to ferment, along with instructions. Everyone is invited to watch but the hands-on participants are limited to 24. All ingredients will be supplied.
