Join Khadijah, Instructor at the Cheese School of San Francisco, as she guides you through the basic steps of making ricotta cheese. The principles taught in this workshop can be applied to other forms of cheese. The hands-on portion of this workshop is limited to 24 and will require a separate ticket, but everyone is welcome to watch the demonstration.
